"Not helpful!"

Needed wellies for my daughter to take on holiday tomorrow so rushed out and bought a pair from PJs. They were too small so rushed back arriving at 5:51. The shop closes at 6pm so asked through the windowed door,'can o just change these' 'No' she barked, 'come back Monday'. No charm and very unhelpful. Reminds me why I am not keen on shopping at budget stores as the customer service is often poor!.
